  • Why the limit? More than 2 pets can make the portrait look too crowded, reducing the overall quality. If you would like to include more pets, separate portraits are recommended.

Frequently Asked Questions

If you have a discount code, you can apply it during checkout once the final invoice is sent. Enter it in the designated field before completing your payment. Make sure to apply it at that time, as discount codes cannot be added or applied retroactively. Enjoy your magical savings!

After you’ve uploaded your pet’s portraits, you’ll receive a draft for review within 3-5 business days. Once approved, the portrait will go into production and should arrive within 1-2 weeks.

One free revision is included with every purchase, allowing you to request changes to any elements of your portrait. After that, additional revision requests will incur a fee of $30.

Once you approve the draft, the portrait is sent to production, and no further changes can be made. Be sure to review the draft carefully before approving!

There is a non-refundable $70 artwork fee, and refunds for the remaining amount are only available before the portrait is approved and sent to production. Once production begins, all sales are final.

If the payment and portraits are not submitted within 72 hours, your spot will be given to the next person in line, and you’ll be added back to the waitlist.

Photos should be well lit, bright natural lighting, avoid harsh shadows, stay in focus & don’t zoom in, no toys, people, or objects in the way, send images with the best pose and facial expression you want portrayed to ensure your portrait is as magical as possible.

Of course! If you want separate portraits of your pets simply indicate how many portraits you’d like when I reach out to you.

You’ll receive an email notification with tracking information as soon as your magical creation is on its way!

If your portrait is damaged during shipping, please take clear photos of the damaged item, including the box it arrived in, and email them to colormeelf@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery. I’ll submit them to the print shop and they will review your claim. Once they approve they will send an exchange at no cost to you.
